In December 2005, Rep. Frey secured a $400,000 grant to be used toward the expansion of the Ridgefield Boys and Girls Club. He met with facility staff and youth members of the club in announcing the funding.

Frey proposed language to amend the party’s national platform to reform the recognition process and make it more transparent. His proposal was unanimously adopted.
