Richard Ferrari (R-East Granby) presented the prestigious Amelia Earhart Award to two members of the Civil Air Patrol at the 103^rd Composite Squadron’s meeting on Friday, Feb. 2 in East Granby. Here, Rep. Ferrari presents the award to Cadet Captain Matthew Brew. To earn the award, cadets had to complete a series of 11 achievements and pass an arduous 100- question examination.
