State Rep. Pam Sawyer looks on as Gov. M. Jodi Rell holds up a Channel 3 Kids Camp at a ceremony celebrating the $500K approved by the governor and the state Bond Commission for the Channel 3 Kids Camp in Andover. The Bond Commission approved the funding at its March 28 meeting at the Legislative Office Building. The funds are expected to be used to repair the aged septic and water system and replace the septic tank and pump chamber which is needed due to high use.

On April 3rd, three seniors from RHAM High School met with Pam Sawyer at the State Capitol. The Youth Service Bureaus across CT brought students to experience their government in action. Following a Forum on Teen driving, Rep. Sawyer had a chance to talk with Andris Briga, Erin Connolly, Alicia Kureczka, and AHM Youth Counselor Bevin Perry.
