PROFESSIONAL INSURANCE AGENTS OF CONNECTICUT HONOR REPRESENTATIVE CARSON

The Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut recently bestowed its 2007 Legislator of the Year award on State Representative Mary Ann Carson, R-New Fairfield. The PIA made the award at its annual convention in Manshantucket, CT.

PIACT is a trade association representing professional, independent insurance agencies, brokerages and their employees throughout the state.

"Mary Ann Carson has proven her dedication regarding insurance related issues,” said PIACT President Chris Wilson. “Her responsiveness as a legislator and strong relationship with PIACT have helped enact customer-friendly legislation. We are honored to be able to bestow her with the title of PIACT Legislator of the Year."
